Where can I purchase tickets?

Click on “Shows” from the menu, then select which show you want to see. Find which showtime fits your schedule. When you click on “Buy Tickets” you’ll go to our ticket vendor’s website to pick your seat then complete payment. If you prefer, contact the box office directly at 612-332-6620 / [email protected]. Box office hours are Wednesday 12:30-5:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday 2:30-8:30 p.m. and one hour prior to all performances.

What are your ticket policies?

Tickets are non-refundable and can be exchanged, with no additional fee, to a different performance date of the same title. Exchanges must take place prior to the scheduled performance. Please note Friday and Saturday evening performances have higher tickets prices than preview, matinee and weekday performances.

Seating is reserved. Please plan to view the performance from the seat(s) selected at the time of purchase.

What are your ticketing fees?

There is a $2 per ticket fee applied to all purchases (online, phone, in-person). Brave New Workshop tickets are sold through TixTrack.

Can I bring a group?

Of course! Groups of 8 or more can get 15% off their tickets and groups over 20 people can get 20% off tickets. Learn more on our groups page.

Where can I find a seating chart?

Yes, below is our seating map. Please note, the table seating in Row A and Row B do have a limited amount of accessible seating and contain armless movable chairs.

American Sign Language & Audio Description

Brave New Workshop offers two performances per production with American Sign Language(ASL) interpretation and Audio Description(AD). Specific dates and times can be found on each production schedule.

Wheelchair Access/Seating

All chairs in rows A and B are removable.  Please let us know if you would like us to remove a chair before your arrival by calling 612-332-6620 or sending an email to [email protected]. We also have an elevator that reaches all floors.

Can I bring my child?

For over 50 years, the Brave New Workshop has proudly covered controversial topics in a satirical manner. Therefore, our shows may include all or none of the following: adult situations, sexual content, blatant irreverence to whatever you hold sacred, irresponsible depictions of gunplay, knife fights and taser usage, and very, very naughty language.

Unless otherwise noted, children under two, including babies in arms, are not allowed in the theatre.

Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, regardless of age, and children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

Where do I park?

We are within easy walking distance of 10th & Hennepin Municipal Ramp (under the FAIR School building), Hawthorne Municipal Ramp, LaSalle Plaza Parking Garage, and LaSalle @ 10th Ramp.

How do I access my tickets?

Once you have completed your online purchase, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your order ID number and purchase summary (date, locations and prices). This emails says “NOT YOUR TICKETS” in the subject line. Your tickets will be sent in a separate email, titled “Your tickets are here!” Click on “View Tickets” in the email, and your scannable QR codes will be viewable in your web browser.

What if I can't view my tickets/don't have a smartphone?

Tickets can be held at Will Call for pick up the day of the performance at no charge. Please select this option when purchasing.

Are concessions available at the show?

Simple snacks and beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) are available for purchase beginning one hour before showtime. Patrons are welcome to enjoy concessions in their seats.

Canceled performances

Performance cancelations are very rare. If Brave New Workshop cancels a performance, it will be posted on our show page and all ticket holders will be contacted via email.

Are mother's rooms available at the Dudley Riggs Theatre?

Yes! We have a mother’s room available upon request. Simply ask one of our staff members and you will be connected with the manager on site to coordinate access, timing and other logistics.
